How to cancel an order? Before payment and after payment

Cancellation Before Payment

If you haven't paid the order yet, there is no need to contact us to cancel it. We receive hundreds of 'test' orders each day because our members are using it to quote certain cart contents and save the invoice for later references.

We ignore all orders until a matching payment is received. So if you haven't paid, don't worry, we are not processing your order.

You are under no obligation to follow through and pay for an order just because you checked out your shopping cart online. If you want to do test orders to save certain invoices for later you are welcome to do this.

If your order is more than a week old please note you may not be able to "reactivate" it by sending a payment, because the prices of the items may have changed as well as the shipping rates and currency conversions. You may need to repeat the order with a new cart.


Withdrawing An Order After Payment

If you have already paid but want to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you are uncertain about something in your order and you wish to change it, please contact us and put the order on hold on before you decide. This will stop the packaging process so you still have time to make changes.

If the package has already been delivered we cannot cancel or change the order.

If you want to cancel an order because you are ADDING further products, but not canceling the previous items, simply contact us and we will process it, usually for no extra fees.

If the order is in an early processing stage you may be able to change and cancel it. You can ask for a refund or keep your payment as a credit.

 


Policy of refund,repairment and replacement

We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in the best condition.

1. Return and full refund
--Products with quality problems, if notified in 14 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and refunded.
--Customer should send the products back, when we receive the products, we give you a full refund.

2. Replacement
--Products with quality problems, if notified within 30 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and replaced.
--Customer should send the products back, when we receive the products, we replace it with a new one and ship it back to you.
--We will pay all the necessary shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you.

3. Repair
--Products with quality problems, if notified within 3 moths (from the date products were received) can be returned and repaired.

--If the damage is man-made,it's not included in the warranty. However, we promise to repair for you.
--Customer should send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we repair it and ship it back to you.
--Please kindly know that the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fee, thanks for your understanding.



4. Return and partial refund.
--Ces-shopping.com cannot give a full refund for quality problems such as:
“The product does not look like the ones in your picture.”
“The product is not what I’d imagine it to be.
“I am not satisfied with this product.”
--We will deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on the total amount of your order and give you a partial refund.

 

 

Who is responsible for product damage or loss during transit?

We offer Shipping Insurance for just US$ 1.0 to protect your package, in case of lost or damage problems. Any missing issues reported, we will reship your order immediately.

You can add shipping insurance when you checkout your order, it is worthwhile.
